Jeff Tippett

Senior Advisor

Jeff brings over 40 years of experience in business development, human resources, and financial management to the Truscott Rossman team. He developed his business expertise managing all aspects of operations as the owner of two Flint-based businesses. Skilled in strategic planning and business expansion strategy development, Jeff is committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. 

At Truscott Rossman, Jeff is responsible for “back of the house” issues, including financial oversight, information systems, human resources, facilities management, and contract development and review. He is focused on finding creative strategies to ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of projects, and to make Truscott Rossman as user-friendly as possible for its clients. 

Jeff is a committed community volunteer who serves in the Northeast Michigan district of the United States Tennis Association. Previously, he served nine years on the Board of Directors of the Whaley Children’s Center and the Board of Trustees of Ascension Genesys Health System. Jeff also enjoys his role as an appointee to the Bylaw Committee of the Midwest Section of the United States Tennis Association. Jeff graduated with a BBA from the University of Michigan-Flint.
